Navigating your Highq Learning Account is super easy just follow the below steps:

  • Login to your Highq Learning Account.
  • Click on “My Courses” at top of the page.
  • Click on “Courses” Tab under “My Courses”.

And there, you would see your active course plan. For more information, click on “View Details” for the course.

Kindly contact our dedicated support team.

Connect with your dedicated Academic Mentor for a detailed discussion about your test performance. He/She will further assist you based on your preference and requirements.

You need to drop an email with the course details and registered email id to support@highqlearning.in . Once you drop the email the concerned team will connect with you shortly.

Drop an email to questions@highqlearning.in with the following details:

  1. Course Name
  2. Topic Name
  3. Your Question

Sorry, there is no option to change your registered primary email id in the same HighQ Learning account

Currently a user cannot unsubscribe from notifications themselves. You need to call us on our helpline number and request the same. You can also drop an email on support@highqlearning.in
